Attended tertiary at Lerotholi Polytechnic studying Diploma in Architectural Technology which was successfully completed within the record time of three years and graduating in 2011 as the Best student in our class. Then joint the CTA Motsoane Sefeane Architects (www.ctamsarch.co.ls) as a Technician and later bacame Senior Technician till January 2013 where i was enrolled in University of Cape Town for the BSc Construction Studies from which I forcast to continue to do Construction Management and Project Management

DETAILED TASKS ASIGNED:
Design Development and Technical documentation and the following:
Substantive position duties
As a Senior Technical Officer, I was subjected to carry out office technical duties with respect to client’s brief and company principles and these include the following:
• Precedence study to the proposed project
• Design development after being designed by an Architect
• Analyse an Architects’ conceptual sketches
• Site analysis
• Site visits during construction for inspection and verification of work as drawn
• Preparation of AS-Built drawing to differences practically incurred to the issued drawings on site
• Carry out technical administrative duties like preparing an Issue Slip for claims to documents issue out to either client or clients agents
• Prepares presentation to the client for the proposed projects
Supervisory duties
As a Senior Technical Officer, I had four (4) subordinates working under my direct supervision and my key responsibilities while supervising their work entails the following:
• Assign junior technicians duties
• Set their performance standards, outputs and undertake performance assessments
• Inspection of their work quality and standard
Student Training programme duties
The company also provide Student Training Programme for Tertiary students on Experiential Learning (internship) and my role in the programme entails the following:
• Assign trainees duties
• Design their training programme and evaluate their competence
• Gives response to their technical enquiries
• Ensure and approve their work quality

I was enrolled in the institute from 2008 to 2011 under the department of School of Build Environment in Faculty of Engineering where I was studying Diploma in Architectural Technology which i passed successfully with credit pass and graduating as the best student award winner in the progreme for the year 2011.
